pre-booking.

A pre-booking reserves a pair of Talven shoes for you ahead of launch and locks in the pre-book price. It is a reservation, not a purchase: no payment is taken and no contract of sale exists until you confirm your order and pay at launch.

You will receive a booking reference by email. Keep it - we will ask for it whenever you contact us about your booking.

• Launch prices start from ₹1,799 per pair. All prices are in Indian Rupees.
• Pre-booking locks in ₹1,599 on a pair that starts from ₹1,799.
• The pre-book price applies when you complete your purchase within the window we give you at launch. After that window, the booking lapses.
• Up to 3 pairs per booking. The pre-book price cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless we say so.
• Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown clearly before you pay.

Before launch, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your shoe, size and delivery details, and to share how to pay. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received and we have sent you an order confirmation.

• The first production run is limited. Bookings are handled in the order they are received.
• The launch date is not yet fixed and may change. We will keep you updated.
• If we cannot fulfil your booking - for example, a size sells out - we will tell you, and you will owe nothing.

We currently deliver within India only, to the address you confirm when you pay. Delivery depends on your pincode being serviceable by our courier partners; if it is not, we will let you know before you pay. Delivery timelines will be shared at launch.

You can change your size or cancel your pre-booking at any time before you pay - just reply to your confirmation email or write to info@talven.in with your booking reference. There is no charge, because nothing has been paid.

We may cancel a pre-booking that appears duplicated, fraudulent, or made with incorrect contact details, or if we are unable to reach you to confirm it.

Product images, colours and specifications on this site are representative of pre-production samples. The final product may differ slightly. Any meaningful change will be shared with you before you pay. Returns and exchanges after purchase will follow the policy we publish at launch.

By using talven.in you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information in our forms. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorised ways, or submit bookings on someone else's behalf without their permission.

The Talven name, logo, product names, designs, photography and all other content on this site belong to Talven or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" during our pre-launch phase. To the extent the law allows, Talven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you pre-booked apply to that booking.
